Q: When do you get paid?I send an invoice to you (agent) for the date of closing and require payment within 30 days. You can pay by check or credit card.

Q: What is a transaction coordinator?A: A transaction coordinator is a trained real estate professional who manages the administrative tasks of a real estate transaction from contract to closing.

Q: Do I have to use a transaction coordinator for every transaction?A: No, you can choose to work with me on a per-transaction basis or regularly, depending on your specific needs, but the price remains the same: $350 per one-sided transaction.

Q: What happens if my transaction is terminated?A: I do not charge a fee if the transaction is terminated. If you don't get paid, I don't get paid.
